Dark Night of the Soul

A questioning of depression, anxiety, and feeling lost all in a game. The experience is created to be questioning one's own identity through a young girl’s perspective. Spiritually, the “dark night of the soul” is a concept in which one loses their sense of self and goes through a deep depression as their ego dies. This will be explored in the game as a post-“dark night of the soul”  or post “full ego death” when the girl has lost her sense of self and is in the “discovery of meaning” phase.
